Conventional Sounder Control Units

Conventional Sounder Control Unit

  • Conventional Sounder controllers enable additional, distributedpower and control for sounder circuits in situationswhere there are insufficient circuits at the fire alarm controlpanel or where additional power is required to power heavilyloaded sounder circuits.
  • The Sounder Controller Unit connects to conventionalsounder circuits and any faults on its outputs are transmittedto the fire control panel via the incoming, triggeringsounder circuit thus maintaining full fault monitoring.f
  • All units contain a mains powered battery charger/powersupply. There is space for up to 7 Ah batteries.
  • Indicators are provided for power healthy, power fault andsounder fault conditions and power fault conditions aresignalled to the fire alarm control panel as a sounder fault.
